We consider our school uniform to be a crucial part of the expectations that we have for our school. Your support is very much appreciated and we would ask that all parents ensure that children come to school dressed appropriately, without nail varnish and with only plain stud earrings for jewellery.

Most items of school uniform can be purchased from any supermarket or high street retailer. The only items that are specific to our school are the Greenpark Academy sweatshirts, cardigans and polo shirts which display our logo.

Our School Uniform

Navy blue sweatshirt or cardigan with or without school logo
Jade green or white polo shirt with or without school logo
Black or dark grey trousers, shorts, pinafore dress or skirt
Black or dark grey socks or tights
Black school shoes

When the weather is cold and or wet, children should attend school with a waterproof coat, hat and gloves.

Jewellery
Small plain stud earrings may be worn which must be removed/covered for PE.
Smartwatches must not be worn.

Hairstyles
Hairstyles should be appropriate for school i.e. no designs cut into the hair. All long hair should be tied back.

School Bags
Children are issued with a book bag in Reception, this should be used throughout Key Stage 1.
 

PE Health & Safety Notice for Parents

Jewellery, i.e. watches and earrings should not be worn in PE lessons. Belts with metal buckles should not be worn and long hair should be secured, as appropriate to the activity.

If the situation cannot be made safe, the pupil(s) concerned cannot actively participate
